Frank was the head baseball coach at DeSales High School for eleven years winning 139 games while only losing 37. Highly respected by his players and peers, Frank’s team won six Finger Lakes West League titles and five Section V Championships. The Saint posted an incredible 44-game winning streak from 1988 to 1991. He was also an assistant girls basketball coach during which time DeSales won two sectional titles.

A 1960 graduate of DeSales, Frank was a three sport letterwinner in football, basketball, and baseball. In his junior year, he led his baseball team with a .444 batting average. During his senior year he led the Saints to the Wayne Finger Lakes League title. He went on to play baseball for one year at Morehead State, and graduated from RIT with a degree in criminal justice. Frank had a tryout with the Dodger organization and played semi-professional ball in the George Hooks Wiltsey League. He also coached many years in the Geneva Little League and Geneva Babe Ruth. Frank is currently Chief of Police in Geneva, NY.
