Bob McFadden is the all-time leading scorer in DeSales history. He scored 1,433 points over his four year varsity basketball career. He was a three-time Finger Lakes West selection and a two-time All-Greater Rochester Honorable Mention selection. Bob led the Saints to their first Section V Championship in 1989 and was named the tournament MVP. He was also named to the Section V all-tournament team his senior year. He led the team in scoring for three years and was a two-time team MVP. He was chosen to represent the Finger Lakes West in the Ronald McDonald All-Star game.
Bob received a full scholarship to LeMoyne College where he was a four-year letter winner and a two-year starter. Bob scored 355 points and had 258 rebounds over his college career. In 1994 he was chosen to play on the Syracuse region team in the Empire State Games. He graduated from LeMoyne with a BS degree in Business Management.
