A highly successful coach at Geneva High, Randall brought out the best in all of his players and teams. His 1999 girl’s softball team captured the NYSPHSAA Class B State Championship. His softball teams also won four league titles, two sectional titles and a regional title during the twelve years that he coached. Randall served as head football coach for ten years, guiding the Panthers to a Section V runner-up finish in 1985. He was awarded the McDonald’s Coaching Award that year. As coach of the boy’s swimming, five of his swimmers, two of his divers as well as four of his relay teams were sectional champions and three of his players were state qualifiers during his twenty two years of coaching.

As the quarterback coach at Hobart College he coached Craig Swanson and Shawn Mizro to record setting careers. Hobart won six Liberty League titles and went to the NCAA tournament five times while he was on the staff. Coach Grenier graduated from Norwich University in 1981 where he was the quarterback piloting the wishbone offense that set a NCAA record for rushing yards with 383 per game. He was a member of the 1979 team which was inducted into the Norwich University Hall of Fame.  He is currently the Director of Athletics and Dean of Discipline at Geneva High.
