A member of the Geneva High School Class of 1990, Paul Boncaro excelled on the lacrosse field. The swift 5'9" attackman was a complete offensive player. He helped the 1989 and 1990 Geneva lacrosse teams to back to back sectional championships and births in the New York State semi-finals both seasons. In 1989, Paul was named the Section Five Tournament MVP. Following his career at Geneva High School, Paul went on to star at the collegiate level for RIT. There he continued his offensive dominance. Paul scored 83 goals and had 77 assists over his career at RIT. He currently ranks 11th in All-time points, 9th in assists, and 10th in extra man goals. Paul was 2nd Team All-Conference and Honorable Mention All-American his senior year. Additionally, he was selected to the North-South Collegiate All-Star game his senior year and led the North to victory with his team high 4 goals.

Paul went on to coach lacrosse at RIT, Oswego State, Colgate, Hobart, University of Pennsylvania and most recently at Goucher College. Paul currently lives in Baltimore, Maryland and works in commercial Real Estate.
