Described as the "Complete Team" by coaches, players and fans, the 1994 Geneva High Baseball team offered outstanding pitching, defense, batting average, power, speed, character and team chemistry. Coach Guy Spader Jr. characterized the 94' Panthers as "A Coaches Dream Team". Overall record 22-0, best record ever for a Geneva High School baseball team. Section V Class B Champions. Class B #1 sectional seed. Finger Lakes East Champions (14-0). Ranked #5 in the final New York State poll (section v was not allowed to participate in the NYS baseball tournament).

The 1994 Panther team compiled 10 shutouts in their 22 victories. The team batting average was .357, averaged 8.6 runs per game while allowing only 1.4 (31 runs allowed for the entire season). In addition, the 1994 team was awarded the Finger Lakes East Player of the Year to John Russo, the Finger Lakes East Coach of the Year to Guy Spader Jr., 7 players named to the Finger Lakes East 1st team all-conference, 2 players named to the 2nd team all-conference and 1 honorable mention.
