Johanna Cohen Davids was one of the finest all-round athletes at Geneva High School from 1982 through 1986. Johanna was a 4-year letter winner in basketball. She was the team MVP and led the team in scoring Junior and senior years while serving as captain both seasons. At Cayuga Community College, she was a starting guard.

Johanna was the team MVP in volleyball her Senior year and was a two-year letter winner in softball while playing shortstop. Her tennis career was spectacular. She was a 3-year letter winner. As a sophomore, 1st doubles player, Johanna had a 10-1 league record and was 1st team all-league. Her junior season saw her garner the team MVP award with a 10-1 record and 1st team all-league. As a 3rd singles player, her senior year, she again was team MVP, and 1st team all-league with a 11-1 record and continued her tennis career at Cayuga Community College. Johanna was named the Outstanding Female Athlete her senior year of High School. She won numerous Geneva City Recreation Department Tournaments in singles and mixed doubles.

Johanna resides Romulus with her husband, Dan Davids and is co-owner of Don’s Own Flower Shop in Geneva.
